We offer a 14-day return policy, in accordance with European Union regulations. This means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Due to the unique nature of fine art, returns are accepted only in exceptional circumstances.

To be eligible, the artwork must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns must be approved in advance. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues  
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items  
The following items are non-returnable:
- Commissioned or custom artworks  
- Limited editions or personalized pieces  
- Digital downloads  

Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.

Return Shipping  
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

European Union – Right of Withdrawal  
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without providing a reason.

The artwork must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds  
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
