I painted this work as a quiet encounter between femininity, nature and stillness. A solitary woman enters luminous orange water, surrounded by white swans — a moment inspired by beauty, calm and those unexpected encounters that stay with us.
Orange has become one of the colours most closely connected to my artistic identity. Here, I wanted it to bring warmth, energy and emotion to an otherwise peaceful scene.
For me, this painting is about more than the image itself. It is about that instant when something speaks to us personally — a place, a feeling, a memory — and stays with us.
